Exploration Kids Therapy, a privately, *OTR, woman-owned organization, specializing in superior, outpatient pediatric occupational and speech therapy is currently seeking full and part-time licensed OTRs and SLPs to work 20 to 40 hours a week. We serve children and youth ages 0-18 with physical challenges, speech, language and cognitive delays, developmental delays, autism spectrum, ADHD, and other special needs that affect the daily activities most children enjoy.  

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Provide children with strategies and skills necessary to maximize their individual potential, achieve meaningful outcomes, and reach their goals to the greatest extent possible in the early intervention and home setting.

  • Provide parents with useful strategies and techniques to support their children’s progress towards meeting developmental milestones in communication and behavior throughout their lifetime.

  • Complete evaluations/re-evaluations, establish and maintain client plans of care, and make treatment recommendations that are relevant to each individual client.

  • Collaborating with all other disciplines, client’s families, teachers, supervisors and our administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals and human resources).

 Here’s what you’ll need to work with us:

  • Must be professional, self-motivated, energetic, and extremely passionate about pediatric care.

  • Masters level degree in Occupational Therapy or Masters level degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current DORA license in the State of CO or eligible to obtain; NBCOT certification required - OR - Current Speech Therapy license in the State of CO or eligible to obtain; ASHA certification required.

  • Complete Level II Internship in Pediatrics or 1-year experience required.
